Don’t let what you can’t do stop you from what you can do.

One very wise person shared this inspirational quote with me and today I would like to share it with you!
Everyday we make many choices, we are open to hundreds of decisions-would it be to take the phone call, brushing your teeth, signing the contract etc. We responsible for what we choose.
It comes the time when you tell yourself: “I can’t prepare the salad, I just have no time” or “I just don’t feel hungry in the morning, so I don’t take breakfast” and “I m to tired to exercise”.
Sound familiar?
However if you look at all this ‘can’ts’ from the the point of what you can do about it, even if it is something small like buy prewashed and precut veggies, so half of your salad is ready; wake up 10 min before your usual morning routine and try to take a at least a half of wholegrain toast-better than nothing; take just 10 min if walk instead of whole hour.
Every bit counts! Each and every person can find a their own way what you CAN do about what you think you CAN’T do! Find your way!
